Personalized Alumni Support
From the moment patients join the Headwaters community, they are matched with an Alumni Care Coordinator—a dedicated professional who becomes an integral part of their recovery journey. These Coordinators are experts at building lasting relationships that extend far beyond the comfort and luxury of our campus.
Through one-on-one consultations, Alumni Care Coordinators work to understand each patient’s unique story and anticipate the challenges they may face in their ongoing recovery. Available by phone, email, and in person, these trusted guides provide continuous support, helping patients navigate the complexities of maintaining sobriety while embracing the opportunities of a new, fulfilling life.
